Part of the California collection, this board is designed for quick, efficient kitchen tasks. The Santa Cruz boasts a slick aesthetic appeal with its Flat and Vertical Grain designs. Products are made 100% from sustainably grown “Moso” bamboo that is harder, denser and more durable than other species. Unlike most hardwoods, bamboo absorbs very little moisture, making these products ideal for the kitchen. Compatible with Sushi Serving Base Small (accessory sold sepately).
