Order Process
We greatly appreciate your business and diligently work to have your order processed within 16 business hours, however if we do not hit that target date we can generally guarantee it will ship within 2-4 days. Orders are processed in the order of receipt. Very seldom do we have backorders, however if we experience such a case with your order our Customer Service Agent will contact you immediately, via your email address.

Geographic Shipping Area
Livingreen ships to residential and commercial address in the continental United States and may ship at the customer’s request to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. (for shipments outside the continental USA and Canada please contact Customer Service, click here, or call 866-966-1319). Presently we do not ship to U.S. Territories or U.S. military bases, unfortunately.

Shipping Methods and Freight Cost
UPS is our contract carrier but we may, at our option, substitute a carrier to provide better service to your area or save cost in delivery. Delivery times vary depending on your proximity to our Los Angeles, CA warehouse, plan on 2-7 business days from date of shipment.

All orders $150.00 and less are accessed a shipping charge calculated by weight and box dimension (if over size). Orders are charged in accordance to our negotiated prices with UPS. Orders greater than $150.01 are freight free (taxes not included in calculation).

The majority of items ship from our Los Angeles warehouse.

Tracking Your Order
Your email shipping notice provides your UPS Tracking Number. You may track your order through UPS’ website, or if you are a Registered Customer through your account, at ‘My Order’. Log In and go to My Order.

Shipping our Talk – Green Packaging
Livingreen does absolutely everything we possibility can to be a fully integrated green company, to include our packaging and shipping processes and methods.

Boxes: Don’t panic if you received your order in a used box, we believe a reused box is “a tree left standing”. We purchase and recycle used boxes as often as we can to keep as many trees standing as possible. Not all orders can be shipped in recycled boxes so if you received your order in a new box we ask that you start the chain of a tree left standing.

Packaging Peanuts: 100% Biodegradable: Our protective packaging of ‘light green’ or ‘off white’ peanuts are the 100% biodegradable kind. If you can’t or do not have a ‘pass it forward’ use for them you may dispose of them: using water in your yard (non-polluting of groundwater), sink or down the drain. They are starch base; made of corn and potato stock. Styrofoam: Though we all cringe at the sight of them, we found that our customers preferred we reused them for shipping purposes. If you are one of the customers who received their order is our Recycled Styrofoam peanuts please save them for a Green ‘Pass it Forward’ moment.
