Store Policies for Online Sales
We accept returns of the following product within 30 days of purchase, returned at customer’s expense except in the case of our error. We request that a copy of the original invoice be included with the return. Livingreen cannot accept COD returns in any circumstance.
We will accept:
- Unopened, non-tinted coatings, sealants, finishes and cleaners.
- General non-custom merchandise such as books, decorative items, and light bulbs.
We CANNOT accept returns of opened bedding items by state regulation.
All tinted, cut or custom order products are NOT returnable except in the case of our error. Please call Livingreen Customer Service in the case of problems with custom order products prior to returning them to our facility, (886) 966-1319.
All returns will be credited within 5 days of receipt in our facility using the tender method originally used by the customer. Livingreen does not refund shipping charges except in the case of our error and/or defective merchandise.
Any warranties or guaranties are provided by the original manufacturer. Livingreen does not extend any further warranty beyond that provided by the original manufacturer. We represent the manufacturer/vendor and their policies. Please call Livingreen Customer Service at (886) 966-1319 in the case of any warranty claims.
If your order is damaged in shipping, please call us prior to returning the product. Please retain ALL packaging materials until the claim is settled. In most cases we will process all aspects of the claim and replacement product (if required). In the case of orders that were shipped by truck (LTL or Common Carrier) the RECIPIENT is generally required to enter the claim. Please call Livingreen Customer Service at (886) 966-1319 to ensure timely processing of all freight claims.
We generally ship orders from our warehouse within 1 to 4 business days from the time you order, with these exceptions:
- Oversized Items: within 10 business days of order placement.
- Items temporarily out of stock in our warehouse or our suppliers.
If we determine that any part of your order will not ship within the time promised, we will notify you via email before the last promised date (i.e, before the end of the fourth business day for products other than oversized.). That notice will indicate that we will ship the order upon our receipt of the backordered products portion of the order unless you contact us to cancel.
If we then learn that we will be unable to meet the revised shipping timeframe, we will notify you via email prior to the revised promised date that we have canceled the unshipped portion of your order, and we will promptly refund the purchase price of the unshipped items. Orders for custom tinted or cut products or other types of custom orders cannot be canceled.Delivery Information:
Packages are normally delivered within 5-10 business days from day they are shipped, but please remember these exceptions:
- Oversized Items may take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
- Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take 4-6 weeks from the ship date to arrive.
- Items shipped APO/FPO will normally be delivered to the APO/FPO address within 5-10 business days from ship date. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of the APO/FPO services.
